For me, TaylorMade R9 Driver is a rare combination of looks, feel, and performance. I've hit a lot of different clubs in my life and this driver is by far the best I have ever used. The confidence it gives players is amazing and that alone should be enough for most to go out and buy it.
The TaylorMade Moveable Weight Technology allows the golfer to adjust the weight of the club to their specifics. This is done by using a special TaylorMade wrench to move weight cartridges into ports that TaylorMade placed strategically positioned on the TaylorMade R9 driver. By placing more weight in the heel of the driver it will promote a draw. By placing more weight in the toe of the driver it will promote a slice.
My first drives with both weight and shaft set for a draw resulted in every shot on or near the heel. I then adjusted the weight and shaft for a fade, and guess what, each drive did. It appears that my current neutral settings will become permanent as the result is straight 15 yard longer drives. I feel I made a good buy.
TaylorMade R9 Driver provides a workable trajectory.. tee it high to hit it high and low to hit it low. Square face is nice compaired to the Burner which is closed
