I think I got a real bargain. TaylorMade R9 Fairway Wood would sell for much more if purchased new. The club was in excellent condition.
I like the shape of the head, R9 Fairway Wood has a low profile face and a classic shape from above so it looks good at address if you are accustomed to classic woods.
More consistent and better looking than most and you can adjust. I am a Callaway guy, but after the test this R9 Fairway Wood by far it is a more superior product. Good job!!!
I wanted to try this R9 Fairway Wood...I was not disappointed. It certainly was easy to swing and had great control.
Maybe TaylorMade's best fairway wood yet. Consider a stiff shaft before going with a regular shaft. I find the regular shaft to be a little whippy at times.
TaylorMade R9 Fairway Wood did take some time to get used to but once you can swing it consistently, it is a club that will be in my bag a long time. Im also going to add the 5 wood as well while there is still a supply available.
R9 Fairway Wood is very easy to hit and extremely accurate. Although I didn't purchase the clubs for distance, my drives and fairway wood shots increase 10 - 15 yards with the new clubs.

Just hold the R9 Fairway Wood and you can feel how comfortable it is- BEST INVESTMENT I HAVE MADE. (Best of all never messed with the adjustment of the shaft, stays on neutral)
Great Fairway Wood, easy to hit high and straight. Club face makes it easy to hit out of the rough. The club also gets an A for looks and quality. Nice to try.
